General Improvement Tips (not all required)
Every group leader will have a different way of leading. Please communicate your expectations and strategies prior to the start of the fight.
Communication is the key to successful teams. This goes for leaders and team members – if you have questions or concerns it is always best to ask before or wait until after a fight.
Please keep Coms clear – try and use as few words as possible when communicating in high stress environments.
Take time to prepare for the content you want to run.
Check for any item level requirements. Read up on all relevant guides.
Master your class.
Reach out to an officer if you think you need help with your class or rotation – we are more than happy to help!
Take time to become a well rounded player – the more environments you expose yourself to and master the better you will become overall.
Do not skip steps – following these guides and steps will give you the best advantage possible. Some but not all are requirements so please check with your team leaders prior to starting fights.
It’s important to keep coms clear for incoming calls. Try and use as few words as possible to address the issue. Keep it short and sweet. Use cardinal directions and locations to call targets.
